2. Definitions
- "Organization" refers to entities that post environmental tasks on the platform.
- "Worker" refers to individuals who complete tasks posted by Organizations.
- "Task" refers to environmental work posted on the platform.
- "Platform" refers to the GreenTask website, mobile applications, and related services.
3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. For Organizations
5.1 Posting Tasks
Organizations may post environmental tasks on the platform. When posting a task, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete task descriptions
- Set fair and reasonable payment amounts
- Fund tasks in advance through our escrow system
- Review and approve completed work in a timely manner
5.2 Payment Terms
Organizations pay a commission of 5-10% on completed tasks. Payment is held in escrow until task completion is verified and approved. Refunds are available for tasks that do not meet specified requirements.
6. For Workers
6.1 Completing Tasks
Workers may accept and complete tasks posted on the platform. When completing a task, you agree to:
- Complete work according to task specifications
- Submit accurate photo verification with GPS data
- Complete tasks within specified timeframes
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
6.2 Payment Terms
Workers receive payment after task completion is verified and approved by the Organization. Payments are processed through Stripe and transferred to your designated account.
7. Verification System
Our platform uses photo verification with GPS and timestamp data to verify task completion. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of this verification data.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Manipulate verification data or photos
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Harass or abuse other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Green Task Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Task Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
